Kara4Kids unfolds and reveals an inclusive and exploratory program focusing on learning that strengthens a value and skill-based pedagogy. The programme gives an opportunity to keep in mind the importance of the core needs of the child culminating into the required academic strengths.
The pillars of the Kara4Kids programme lies within the development of the whole child. This begins in the early years through the use of arts and manipulatives. During this time, the teachers help the children build their personal, social and emotional development through positive and meaningful experiences. We further this investigative programme in K1 and K2 where the children hone in on their mathematics, science, technology, research, and language skills. Within this period, curiosity and a love for learning are further fostered to help develop 21st-century skills.
Parents are the child’s first teachers. We, at Kara4Kids take this to heart by keeping close ties with all the parents we serve. We strive to build strong relationships with families that reflect positively in the life of the child. With our open-door policy, we encourage families to contribute and add dimension to our early learning facility.

Our academic collaboration with The Pennsylvania Global and Education Hub (Penn Hub), a joint operation of Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education and a consortium of independent universities and public community colleges. This one of its kind initiative in early education will further equip Kara4kids with cutting-edge skills and modern tools to enhance their abilities and modes of teaching. Penn Hub, through its member institutions, provides training in early childhood development exclusively for Kara and is also committed to provide teachers with training program guide, as well as audit existing academic programs and their effective implementation based on their findings and observations. This collaboration is the first of its kind for any preschool in India with an association grounded in the idea that education can, and indeed should, be expanded to foster values and competencies.
Our child-centred curriculum unfolds learning which defines processes that recognize knowledge and understanding. We stress on the importance of the sustenance of development, clearly focusing on these domains – cognitive, affective and psycho-motor, integrating each one to develop a philosophy of action encouraging knowledge, attitude and appreciation. The children evolve and focus on learning that strengthens values and a skill-based quality, wherein play infiltrates in and out of our classrooms giving rise to creative thinking and Collaboration. At Kara4Kids we create and build an innovative environment where “playful learning” leads to more energy and productivity.
Kara E-School is a stimulating program to keep the kids up and going and preparing them for
school
as and when it reopens. In the meanwhile, it is vital that we keep our children productively
engaged
over this period to inculcate good habits of the mind and teach them how to be more
self-directed
learners, mindful, resilient, adaptable, etc. It is also imperative that we work with our
children
to sharpen their imagination, creativity, language development, intellectual development and
academic development through play-based learning opportunities, guidance, trial-and-error and
interactive engagements.
